We are all part of the ecosystem. Today, while moving dirt from one place to another, I lifted a shovel full and saw this little guy and it made me think…. what’s his job? Here he is in the dirt, minding his own business and I’ve disrupted his day…. Such a tiny thing. We all have a role to play, though… some are bigger than others, but everything matters… this little guy dug in. Maybe survival mode, maybe a commitment to his place in the system. Either way, I support his effort and encourage ours.
