For about 3.5 years, I\u2019ve been doing low carbs, jokingly saying I lost 30 lbs without giving up bourbon, beer, or weed (though I did switch to light beer). THIS month I switched to the Mediterranean diet, and it\u2019s going pretty well, though admittedly, for the month I\u2019ve given up bourbon, beer, and weed for March. For months I\u2019ve wanted some popcorn, and by \u201csome,\u201d I mean I really wanted it. But, on low carb, popcorn is a no-go. Coincidentally, last week Dr. Pepper introduced a new product, strawberries, and cream. That is desert in a can. OMG. It\u2019s mostly sold out. Not at Jim\u2019s Publix, not at mine. I stopped at Winn Dixie and got the last three packages on the shelf. Then, last night, a Monday, I had this (see picture below), which I am now calling FOODGASM. I strongly recommend both.
